Once you have registered go to your iPhone's contacts list. There you will find two new contacts, select the one called VoxSci Activation and call it.
It is important to activate your service as this will change the diverts to your mobile to our platform when you are busy, don't answer or are out of range.
There is no charge for this call.
You will receive an on screen message saying that activation was successfull. Select the green dismiss button.

To deactivate your account go to your Contacts list and select the contact titled VoxSci Deactivation and call this.
You will receive an on screen message saying that deactivation was a success, on completion there will be a green dismiss button, select this to complete the process.
There is no charge for this call and you will still be able to use the VoxSci App to read/listen to voicemails you have received before you deactivated.
This will only deactivate your account and NOT close your VoxSci account. To terminate your account please please see How do I Close my VoxSci Account?

Select Settings and then select Alert Email and enter in the email address that you want the transcriptions with an MP3 audio file of your voice mail attached sent to.
Then select Alert Method and choose how you want your voice mail transcriptions delivered to you.
TIP: you can add more than one email address simply by putting a comma between them (no space).
A huge benefit of VoxSci transcribing your voicemails is that you can search and filter your voicemails using keywords.
To do this select Messages and then type the keyword(s) that you wish to search for in the box at the top of the screen and then select Search.
If a voicemail can't be transcribed (eg it has been left in an unsupported language) you will still be able to listen to the voicemail. Where the transcription is usaully displayed there will be a brief explanation of why the voicemail can't be transcribed.
You will receive a notification on your iPhone, a vibration and the VoxSci badge will update. You will also receive an email to your alert email address if you have this facility activated.
Go to Settings on your iPhone (not the App Settings) and then select notifications.
This can be used to minimize roaming cost when travelling abroad.
When you first installed the VoxSci™ App you would have been asked if you VoxSci had permission to send you push notifications, these would notify you when a new voicemail arrives for you.
To toggle push notications on/off go to Settings on your iPhone (not the App Settings) and then select Notifications and then VoxSci, then enable all option.

If your mobile is switched off or out of range you will still get a VoxSci notification when your mobile re connects to your network.
Select Settings and then Greeting then select the red REC button and say your greeting, then select the red REC button again to stop the recording. You can then listen to your recording by selecting the green play button. If you are happy with your recording select Save button.
Yes. The App will automatically synchronise with the Contacts list on your iPhone. This means that names, phone numbers, email addresses and photos will automatically be displayed when someone leaves you a voicemail who is already in your Contact list.
You can listen to your voicemails as well as reading them by selecting the triangular white play button at the bottom of the individual message screen. You can then toggle your iPhone's speaker by selecting the Speaker on/off button at the top of this screen.
With the exception of 3 and giffgaff the mobile operators will not allow the diverts on a PAYG mobile phone to be changed and therefore the VoxSci voicemail to text service will not work.
Simply select Forgot PIN at the login page, we will send you a SMS with your PIN.
Access to VoxSci is protected by a high-grade 256bit SSL certificate that encrypts all communication between your internet browser and the VoxSci service.
We will always connect to your email using IMAP, port 993 whenever we can. This means communications to your email account is fully encrypted and secure.

When you are in the UK calls made to you that are diverted to our platform and calls you may make to our platform should be covered within your monthly allowance, but please check with your mobile operator.

Select the Messages screen and then swipe the across the voicemail you wish to delete, a red Delete button will appear, select this.

Simply setup your Skype account so that unanswered calls are forwarded to your VoxSci voicemail number.
To do this login to your Skype account and click Tools>Options>Calls>Call Forwarding and input your VoxSci voicemail (answer phone) number which can be found by logging into your VoxSci account and then click on Overview.
Select Settings and then Close Account and then Close Account again.
Once you have closed your account it is important that you deactivate the service by selecting from your Contact list the contact titled VoxSci deactivate and calling it (there is no charge for this call). This will reinstate your network operators voicemail service.
